So that’s what we will be doing. The weekend will be experiential and with the help of some experts in movement and learning through play/fun, we will dive into what’s possible.

This is exciting, unique and leading edge work. It is focused on your capacity for self-empowerment through understanding and working with your own neurobiology.

You will be working with…

Danielle Rowarth – I’ll be leading the weekend and bring with me 10 years experience as a body worker and teaching mindful movement. Both of these practices work directly with the nervous system to increase health and well-being. I’ll be teaching the basics of how the vagus works and how to harness its power. I’ll share some Chi Kung (gentle restorative movement), meditation and other ways of working with the vagus through presence and holistic touch.

Mitch Barrow – Mitch is a Movement Coach and uses fun, challenging and intelligent movement practices to create embodied awareness, positive mindset and personal growth. He coaches surfers, professional athletes and anyone interested in improving mind/body health through movement. He also delivers programmes in schools and corporate settings.

Workshop Info
The program runs from Friday evening with guests arriving from 4:30pm with an easy start to the weekend. We’ll wrap it up by 4:30pm Sunday.

All meals (vegetarian), accommodation and workshops are included in the cost.

The workshop is suitable for anyone interested in self-empowerment through learning about the Vagus Nerve and how to increase its health. The weekend will be well paced with opportunity to unwind, relax as well as to participate and learn. If you work with clients to improve well-being, you will learn some great tools to share with them too.

Krishna’s Otway Retreat

Situated on 200 acres and surrounded by state forest, this hidden sanctuary allows guests to unwind and relax near the peaceful Otway Ranges; only 1 ½ hour’s drive from Melbourne!

There is warm and comfortable accomodation for groups of 10-20. In your free time you can visit the eco-house, organic gardens, or stroll through the adjacent state forest.

Enjoy 3 delicious vegan/vegetarian meals each day, with the produce being sourced from our organic garden whenever possible. There is a range of food to satisfy everyone, with the emphasis on health, nutrition and well being.
